Hotel muito bem localizado podendo conhecer os principais pontos turísticos caminhando. Local seguro e próximo a estação de metrô o que facilita no deslocamento. Os donos do hotel foram bem gentis e nos explicaram tudo no primeiro dia.

Disappointing stay – serious issues with cleanliness and service, cannot recommend.

The location is great: the property is right in the city centre and almost everything can be reached on foot. An early check-in was also possible, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, these were the only positive aspects of our stay.

− We had informed the property of our arrival time in advance, which was within reception hours. However, when we arrived after a long journey with my elderly mother, nobody was at reception. We later learned that the person responsible had gone downstairs for coffee with a friend and had lost track of time. Our messages were left unanswered. We had booked a Superior Room advertised on Booking.com as approximately 35 m², but the room we received did not correspond to this description. When we raised this, we were told that we were only two people and therefore did not need the additional space. When I pointed out that we had paid specifically for a Superior Room, the owner became increasingly confrontational and stated that he decides who stays in which room. The cleanliness was also very disappointing. Several of the six towels provided had visible stains and/or holes, and we had to return most of them. The bedsheet also had several visible stains. We showed this to the owner, including a large yellow stain, to which he responded that it was fine and that you could still sleep in the bed. The cleaning staff then went through several sheets before we found one without visible stains. These issues were all shown to the owner, so the condition of the supposedly clean linen was clearly brought to his attention. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with visible mould in the shower and on other bathroom surfaces, including around the heater. We reported this, but no meaningful action was taken. Looking at previous ratings, this is a clear matter that has been brought up by multiple guests, yet nothing has been done.The shower also did not appear to be properly cleaned during our stay. Communication with the host was unfortunately very difficult. I was contacted repeatedly on my private number and eventually had to block it because I no longer wished to receive further messages. The weekend staff were also unable to provide a satisfactory solution.

The room, location and amenities were excellent. Antonio made us feel so welcome and took the time to ensure we knew how to use all the features in the room. We were thrilled with the ease to transfer to the airport using the metro. We could not have been happier.

− Nothing. Everything was great. The only thing I can think of that wasn't great was the stairs, and the tiny elevator. I don't fault the hotel for that.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Trident Suites Rome and his wife were lovely host.

The location was perfect. It was next to Popolo Square. And conveniently close to Villa Borghesi.. It was walking distance to Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Wonderful location.

− Sometimes the street noise was a little loud on the weekends.
