6.0I booked Angsana because of the lovely setting of the resort. I’m disappointed with how the resort is maintained with shower drains being clogged, no hand towels in the bathroom. Also, no power plugs for US or UK standards. These are easily fixable and it can be a great resort, staff can be better trained.
“Never again” kind of place
2.0Stay was a compulsion given I had booked not knowing enough… rooms are bad an stinky…washroom was super unclean, food quality is pathetic and staff is too slow to respond… ask for anything at it never comes up at the restaurant and at reception during check out 2 ladies just didn’t know there job and were snail paced. All guests were hassled at the checkout
