8.0The location and the convenience of getting he key which is left by the entrance of the porch
− There was a constant noise on the 2nd floor with the hallway door. Sounds like it was been blown open and closed throughout the night.

− Lift was out of order, we were on 3rd floor with 2 bikes they had said we could store in our room.
