The bed was very comfortable, the shower was wonderful. All the staff were excellent
9.0We really liked the size of our room. Daniella on reception was very informative about where to hike for the best views. The food and restaurant staff were very good

Quiet atmosphere, great location and excellent staff
9.0The hotel is very clean and quiet, ideal for good night rest after some intense hike. Perfectly located in the town’s main street (where all the restaurants and shops are concentrated). Above all, I really appreciate the staff! All of them were so nice and attentive. One day I got a flue and the staff was so much caring and looking after me, they even brought me some food at the room as I wasn’t able to go to the breakfast.

People who work there do not care about guests
4.0The hotel is good but some people who work there are extremely not helpful and rude. They seem very annoyed when you ask them a question or need something. My room was cold and the front desk was annoyed for me asking for a heater. The other lady Romona at the breakfast took 5 business days to bring mayonase. I asked her if she could please bring one. She brought it at the end of my meal when i was eating dessert. I came up to her to remind her thinking she forgot she said im busy and was laughing with her other coworker.

7.0Hôtel bien situé dans la rue principale. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Salle de bain de bonne taille avec une grande douche italienne
− Petit déjeuner en dessous de la moyenne avec un mauvais café et un très mauvais jus d'orange industriel. Chambre un peu vieillotte et manquant de charme par rapport au prix pratiqué.
