8.0Property is beautiful. Well maintained exterior; flowers were nice, no garbage lying around. Clean room and accessories. Good value.
− Kitchenette could include utensils. Parking was extremely tight. Little noisy from second floor.

It was a Great location. Very clean and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Better than expected.
8.0The property was better than I thought it would be. We got off to a rough start because I had asked for a late check out and was advised by your service that it had been approved only to learn that the hotel knew nothing about this and would charge $100 for one hour late checkout. We found the room very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it. We never had the chance to explore the water side of the hotel where there is a sitting area. We would like to do so in future.
