La posizione della struttura è pazzesca. Se non fosse per la disorganizzazione e per come è stato gestito il nostro accesso in struttura, il tutto sarebbe stato perfetto.

− Siamo arrivati davanti alla porta della struttura e ci siamo resi conto che si apriva con un codice che a noi però non era stato mandato. Abbiamo provato a chiamare più volte sia al numero indicato su booking che quello che avevamo trovato su Google Maps e nessuno ci ha risposto. Sicuramente non ha aiutato il fatto che arrivavamo da un viaggio molto lungo, con bagagli molto pesanti, era primo pomeriggio ed erano 38°, ma ci siamo trovati ad attendere fuori dalla porta senza sapere come, quando e se saremmo riusciti ad entrare. Dopo un’oretta, per fortuna sono arrivati due ragazzi che alloggiavano nella stessa struttura e avevano avuto la stessa situazione il giorno precedente e ci hanno comunicato il codice. Una volta dentro abbiamo compreso quale fosse la nostra stanza perché era l’unica con le chiavi fuori dalla porta e al suo interno ce l’ha confermato la ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno che avremmo dovuto pagare. Forse perché agosto e forse perché periodo di ferie il proprietario si è dimenticato di comunicarci il codice ad ogni modo l’attesa non è stata piacevole.

the location was incredible and the room itself was lovely! functioning ac should you need it, snacks and tea in the room and lots of space for your personal items.

− the wifi did not reach our room even though wifi was advertised and the hot water took at least 10 minutes to heat up, which wouldn't have bothered me all that much (i've experienced the hot water situation all over europe at this point) except nobody greeted us at check in, the man who ran the bnb next door had to call the owner of the wesley and HE checked us in and gave us the keys, i couldn't get in contact with anyone, and nobody took our passports which. as far as i'm aware, is a legal requirement here in Italy. I never saw a single employee and I witnessed another couple having the same issue at check in.

We had a wonderful stay at this mini-hotel! The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful—they left a variety of delicious snacks for us to enjoy. All the essential information was clearly printed on a paper guide, and I was especially touched to see an emergency ambulance phone number included; that level of care meant a lot to us! The location is simply unbeatable—right in the heart of bustling tourist streets with countless restaurants, and we loved the stunning view of the Ponte Sant'Angelo right from our window.

− The only minor downside was the lack of a washing machine, but everything else was so great that it didn't ruin our experience. Highly recommended!

Started very strange but in the end the location is amazing.

The location is amazing for getting to all sites and especially the Vatican. Many restaurants all around the Wesley. The room was bigger than we needed but it was all that was available for the days we needed. Well worth it.

− The check-in process is very clunky. Send a message via booking and they will unlock the door. Well, what if the messages are unattended. Fortunately, another Wesley customer let us in. Room was not ready when we arrived and person at the desk had the wrong name. I did not think our experience started very well but in the end, we loved it because of the location.

La ubicación es genial porque está muy cerca andando de los monumentos más importantes.

− La chica que nos atendió era simpática pero nos dijo que llamásemos a un teléfono por si necesitábamos algo, llamamos y no nos atendieron y por la aplicación tampoco. Llamamos porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación, no dormimos en casi toda la noche porque hacía mucho calor y se escuchaba mucho ruido hasta la madrugada. En la recepción no había nadie, solo cuando hicimos el check in luego nadie respondía ni atendía nada. Muy decepcionada por eso porque con 30 grados no puede no funcionar un aire y menos no responder
