9.0Nuestra experiencia en Misa Hotel ha sido excelente. La hospitalidad, profesionalidad y atención personalizada del equipo han hecho que nuestra estancia en Estambul haya sido especialmente agradable. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad, dedicación y trato excepcional del Sr. Muarrem, que nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. La limpieza, las instalaciones, el servicio y el desayuno han sido excelentes. Se percibe el cuidado y la atención que el personal dedica al bienestar de sus huéspedes. Nuestra satisfacción ha sido tal que hemos reservado tres habitaciones para nuestra próxima visita familiar en 2027, cancelando incluso una reserva que teníamos en otro hotel cercano. Un establecimiento totalmente recomendable, donde la calidad humana marca realmente la diferencia. Sin duda, volveremos.
− Únicamente señalaríamos algunos pequeños aspectos de mejora. A nuestro gusto, los colchones podrían ser algo más firmes para ofrecer un mayor confort durante el descanso. También sería interesante disponer de algún canal internacional adicional, como TVE Internacional, o incorporar la posibilidad de conectar el teléfono móvil al televisor mediante Smart TV. Son observaciones menores que no restan valor a nuestra excelente experiencia general.
