Our stay was wonderful!! The location was awesome, the communication with the property management was wonderful!
10.0Location was wonderful!! Walkable to everything, but in a quieter area. Property was charming and room was charming and spacious! Communication with management was awesome!! Check in was easy, reached out every day of our stay to see if we needed anything. Even alerted us about a fire alarm inspection and test on one of the days of our stay.

10.0Un vrai hôtel de charme, dans le vieux quartier. Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Québec. Des chambres spacieuses et authentiques, une très belle salle de bain, bref tout ce qu’on attend de ce type d’hôtel. Un personnel très réactif même si la réception se fait à distance.

7.0Lovely hotel and great room. Appreciated having parking space in Quebec City. Nice to be warned there were only 5 available.
− No direct contact with staff. It was a ghost hotel. Only contact via phone or message. Very strange. Only warned about limited parking spaces 2 days before.
