PRICEY BUT NICE UNIT
8.0GREAT LOCATION ON THE RIVER IN AN UPTREND AREA OF INVERNESS. 2 MINUTES FROM INVERNESS CASTLE, RESTAURANTS AND PUBS. CONVENIENT UNDERGROUND PARKING. THE APARTMENT WAS SPACIOUS AND AND CURRENT. OUR RIVER VIEW WAS SPECIAL.
− MINIMAL UTENSILS AND THE UNIT IS STARTING TO SHOW WEAR. EG. KITCHEN DRAWER WAS CRACKED. WASHING MACHINE BUT NO SOAP PODS. WE SAW UNITS RECEIVING A PACKAGE OF BASIC FOOD UPON CHECK-IN BUT ALL WE GOT WAS A PINT OF MILK

− First the procedure of checking in is awful. We were staing in front of our room for half an our because after 6 pm everybody out of their offices and nobody answering the phones. Codes they sending you are not working. But the worst thing is that photos on the booking page don't matches to what you get. Worst view I ever had in my life.

− El sábado fue imposible dormir. El apartamento está localizado en una calle con varios pubs y la música estuvo sonando hasta las 3:30 am. Lo comunicamos a la empresa y nos dijeron que lo sentían mucho pero no podían hacer nada, que no tenían la culpa de lo que pasaba en la calle. Les respondí diciendo que, dado que este problema se repite cada fin de semana, debería figurar en las condiciones del contrato para que el cliente decidiese si le compensa o no alquilar el apartamento.

5.0Freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend.
− Apartment hat das versprochene nicht gehalten. Möbel waren alt und Teppiche mit üblen Flecken. Abflüsse waren teilweise verstopft. Preis/Leistung hat nicht gepasst. Nach Reklamation haben sich jedoch die Operations Managerin und General Managerin fair und nett verhalten. Letztendlich konnten wir uns einigen und unsere Reklamationen wurden entgegengenommen und berücksichtigt.
