2.0Upon arrival I was told I they were overbooked and to contact Expedia and they would help me find other lodging. Which never happened. We ended up having to cut our visit with relatives from Chicago short and drive over 2 hours back home very disappointed in this motel and Expedia. Will never use them again for a Hotel/Motel
