5.0The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size. The breakfast was excellent. Some staff were polite and helpful. The hotel appeared clean. Welcome snack Fridge in room. Bath towels were extra large size.
− The breakfast system was chaotic and not easy to find spoons and sideplates. There was a set of scales in the bathroom but no toilet brush. The guy that was on express checkout on the day we left was arrogant and very unhelpful. You have to give extra money on a card in case of damages, but you do not get that back on checkout and told you will have to wait days to have a deposit for damages returned.
