− There wasn’t anywhere I could freshen up since my room wasn’t ready.
Uninspiring stay, with subpar service and experience
5.0Location was close to my daughter's apartment. The view from our room on the 23rd floor was amazing, but that was the second room we were in. The room had a desk so my husband was able to do work when he needed to.
− There was a water leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. They moved us to another room, but the person working the front desk never said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Also, if they are going to make us pack up and move the least they could do is put our bags in the new room when we are out and about during the day. That being said, they did move us to the 23rd floor (slightly smaller room but way better view). After we moved rooms, my husband couldn't find his belt. I called the front desk and they had it but they said the manager would get in touch and bring the belt to us. They never did. Now we are home and have to track it down. The first room also had shaved hair in the corner of the bathroom. GROSS! Do not get a room near the 15th floor - there is a very LOUD and popular night club on the 15th floor.
