Overpriced for Winnemucca
8.0It was a nice hotel, just felt it was way overpriced for Winnemucca Stay was friendly, breakfast was just ok.
− Felt it was way overpriced compared to other hotels. We are traveling with dog and it was a few of the hotels that accepted him.
This is a HOT mess
2.0Dear Customer Relations, I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience at your hotel. Yesterday, I spoke with Karina, who instructed me to book my reservation through Best Western because she said she would be able to extend my stay. Based on that information, I booked and paid for the room through Best Western as she advised. Today, when I called to extend my stay, Karina informed me that the hotel was sold out and that she could not extend my reservation. This was extremely disappointing because I relied on the information she gave me. Had I been told there was no guarantee that my stay could be extended, I would have made other arrangements instead of booking based on her assurance. I have traveled all the way from Louisiana with my children and my grandmother because I accepted a healthcare assignment in the area. We have already been at the hotel for four days and have had to move to three different rooms during our stay. Now we are faced with the possibility of having nowhere to stay because of the conflicting information we were given. This situation has created unnecessary stress for my family at a time when I should be focused on starting my new job. I believe the communication from the hotel was misleading, and I am requesting that this matter be reviewed. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this situation and ensuring that guests are not placed in similar circumstances in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. Terrible nights sleep
5.0No protein at breakfast, only pancakes and cereal
− The room was fine, but there was something on the roof that made noise all night that was awful and kept me awake all night.
