The stay was ok especially because of the location but not as expected overall
5.0The location was good
− I understood there were three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Don’t understand how I could have gotten that wrong. We had one full bathroom and one very tiny bathroom with a small shower and sink. They were somewhat clean but there were stains around the toilet and a bad odor. The apartment was stark and looked worn. Bedding was clean. Towels cleaned but stained. I was taken aback when told that I was required to make a 500€ deposit. I found checking in cumbersome and felt reception staff was not easily accessible. Plus the entry door made us somewhat uncomfortable regarding possible past breaking. Photo below

10.0The property was in a fantastic location, with stunning views of the Sagrada Família right outside our window. The rooftop deck was spectacular and definitely a highlight of our stay. The apartment was conveniently located near public transportation, including the subway and buses, making it easy to explore Barcelona. The only downside was some nighttime noise, particularly in the front bedroom, where we could hear people partying over the weekend. Overall, the location was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.
− A coffee table in front of the couch would have been a nice addition, providing a place to set drinks and relax. A few extra blankets would also have been appreciated, as the apartment got a bit chilly at night. Otherwise, we had very few complaints. Barcelona is an expensive city, so higher accommodation prices are to be expected.

Apartment was very comfortable and very clean. Perfect for 3 ladies travelling together.
8.0Perfect location close to Cathedral
− TV remote batteries were flat and couldn’t watch the tv. Windows couldn’t be locked in bedrooms and this would be a huge safety concern if there were young children.

Accidente ducha
1.0El día 8 de octubre sufrí una caída en la ducha del apartamento durante mi estancia, produciéndome una fractura de muñeca que ha requerido atención médica y posterior intervención quirúrgica. La ducha carecía de alfombrilla o elemento antideslizante y, tras la caída, comuniqué inmediatamente el accidente a las personas con las que me encontraba y posteriormente recibí asistencia médica. Solicito que se deje constancia formal del incidente y que se me facilite la información relativa al seguro de responsabilidad civil del alojamiento, así como la apertura del correspondiente expediente.
− Te ponen 2 baños y uno es un aseo sin WC, la ducha muy pequeña sin alfombrilla ni suelo antideslizante ni barra de apoyo un peligro para cualquiera en el momento de ducharse.
