Terrible experience
2.0I made a reservation through a national third party site months ago. When I arrived and started to check in, the manager casually handed my ID back and stated “we canceled your reservation”. I had already paid for the reservation. He told me they were overbooked and I could call the third party site to try to find accommodations for the night. The hotel did not contact me or the third party site prior to the moment I tried to check in. The manager was callous and unhelpful. It was a very bad experience. To make matters worse, there is no parking so I had to pay for parking at a nearby garage while being told I had no hotel room (and scrambling to find alternate accommodations).
