8.0It was a really nice place to stay. Very clean, very nice and spacious living area. Great location- easy walk to shopping, food and other activities. Only two issues: We werent crazy about having to enter a code for elevator, though I appreciate it being for safety. Luckily my son memorized it quickly. Also there was an issue with the fire alarm going off at 4:30 am the first morning due to a sprinkler system issue. Other than that we all loved the property and had a great stay.

10.0Not sure if it’s good or bad but the 2 times we’ve stayed here we’ve seen bears walking around or through the parking garage. Last week mama and her 2 Babies were there.

10.0Excellent location for downtown Gatlinburg!! Very confy for families and has washer/dryer in the apartment!
