10.0Everything was perfect. The location, the rooms, the service was exceptional and the team was superb. From checking-in, the lady at the reception (we forgot her name), she was superb nice and helpful to the gentleman in the reception when we checked out who was so pleasant and helpful and gave us great advice and tips for what to do in the city and beyond Amherst. A special shoutout to Jay in the restaurant. He was kind, pleasant and amazing with my family. We enjoyed speaking to him and he took such a great care of us. What a wonderful place to visit and the team, especially Jay will make this unforgettable! Highly recommend anyone coming to Amherst to stay here.

10.0Classy, comfy, conveniently located and impeccably fresh and clean, the Inn on Boltwood checks every single box. Great mattress and pillows, spacious and well-outfitted bath, and lovely touches everywhere made it a great experience
