4.0The room was ok. The sheets were clean but blankets and bedspreads had old cigarettes holes. The bath towels were new. The public areas were sad and worn. I got locked out of my room in the morning and there was no one around to help me.

2.0We were not allowed to stay. The manager would not honor my expedia reservation ( I showed him the your confirmation) saying you listed the wrong price. When I said this seemed like a bait & switch the manager freaked out and would not allow us to stay even when I said I would pay the higher price. To his credit he did call the other motel in town and found a room.
Didn’t honor reservation price.
4.0They did not honor the reservation price and charged about $30 more- wasn’t a resort fee or tax or anything like that just a base rate change as the hotels.com price was “too low” according to the manager. Hotel made a photocopy of my credit card and security code which I demanded the photocopy of my card back as that’s not legal for them to keep. I travel a lot in small towns and I’ve never had this problem. The room was decently clean but we had to get new sheets due to an unusual stain. Housekeepers were very friendly but management has some room for improvement. Had we not been traveling through and checking in late in the evening to sleep and drive on, we would have gone elsewhere after the price change.

8.0I was very nice but thought it was closer to the Glacier National Park entrance
I'll be back
10.0You're making a mistake if you pass it up. I'm long distance bicycle touring. I entered town from the west. I saw the chain hotel, grocery store was close to resupply, inquired with a customer at a convenience store, she said some locally owned independent ones were on east side also. I read reviews and cked out the Glacier Gateway Plaza, "under new management. Helped a cyclist.". Bingo. At ck in the owner offered to shuttle me for groceries and was critical to my getting my bicycle on at Cut Bank and unmanned, whistle stop, station. I had a passenger ticket but no bike pass. He facilitated making it happen. Without his help I'd been up .... creek w/o a paddle. He, conductors and Amtrak made it happen. Adventure in an adventure. Great hotel staff, and rooms, bath clean, very reasonable price good restaurants recommendations. Great sunrise view from the front.
Doubt it could be worse
2.0The management is terrible. No one is at the front desk and you call the owner on his cell phone that is posted. He sends his daughter to check you in by writing your name and number on a notebook. She left the desk to find a room, checked us into a dirty room. My request for a clean room was possibly ignored? She left the desk and left me standing there. A young man came behind the desk and ignored me until I asked what was going on with the room. He told me he didn't work there but was okay to be behind the desk with private customer information. I asked the owner, by calling the cell phone number posted and requested a refund, I was referred to the booking agent for that. There are young kids running around the lobby and into the back desk area, the place smells and the services were so poor. I am happy to share the owners cell number with Priceline and Trip Advisor are interested in speaking with their partnering business.
