4.0The room service was unsatisfactory. The bedsheets were not clean, the iron and ironing board were dirty and the iron was not functional. The cups were not washed, and despite three attempts to get a clean kettle (including a promised delivery the following morning), none was provided. A complaint about the malfunctioning mini-fridge was ignored, and there was also a disruption to the water supply.

10.0This hotel is the best for me n my big family! The room was big everything was clean the bed was comfy the breakfast was great all the staffs was so helpful and friendly!! Everything for this hotel was great n nothing bad on it! Me n family definitely will come back for it!!

8.0Room was very clean but had cigarette smoke smell when I walked in despite being non-smoking room. All pillows were too high for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a satisfactory stay.
