Swiss Alps experience
10.0We travelled to Schonried to visit friends and the hotel and surroundings were stunning. Fresh snow in the mountains and bright sunny days for hiking then returning to the hotel to first class meals! The rooms are lovely and spacious and the views from our patio were breathtaking! Try the 10 course tasting menu- you won’t be disappointed! Train trip is lovely as well!

10.0It is a family run hotel and you couldn’t feel more part of the Swiss family , we felt home! Spacious room with a balcony, Mountain View ! The bar downstairs with games and traditional meals and drinks ! Amazing gourmet restaurant ! Highly recommend

Museum to a bygone era…not for families…
4.0Lovely staff but very old hotel. Had dinner at the restaurant - had the trout and spent the evening sick and vomiting. Receptionist was kind to offer a small commercial gesture. Hotel itself, most areas closed off and feels like a museum to a bygone era. Don’t recommend for families. All in, very disappointing experience.
