Although we pre-paid, we were turned away without a room!
1.0We disliked everything about this experience!
− Disliked everything and although we paid in advance, they turned us away & said “we do not have a room for you, sorry!”
I would suggest another place.
4.0Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean.
− Man, this is a downtrodden old, worn out facility. A very sad and pretty empty casino off the lobby. Ice machine was broken.
Would stay again, not a lot of options in Lovelock.

− Toker smoke permiated walkways and parking lot. 👃No breakfast.

It was perfectly adequate for our purposes

− The ice machine was not present, and the supposedly handicapped accessible shower had no hand held shower head, and it was extremely difficult to turn the water on and off.
