10.0When I made the reservation I didn't read all the info regarding the place. Check in times are limited so I was worried about making it. Our whole family had rooms (3) and I didn't wanna lose the money I had already paid. I called the office & they were wonderful! They let my son pick up the keys for all of us & even stayed a few minutes waiting on him.She was so pleasant and understanding. The room was way better than we expected & would definitely recommend staying here. We didn't have the opportunity to see the area around the lodge but we will definitely return.
