4.0We wanted to switch to a room with 2 double beds & the hotel was pretty empty, also I am a rewards member but he wanted to charge me more to do that. Not very friendly. Breakfast was from 6-9 & when we showed up at 7:15, they were out of most items. No one working in breakfast area or at front desk. Noisy room from other rooms next door & upstairs.
