Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel with a great onsen.
8.0The rooftop rotenburo was amazing, I would definitely come back to enjoy again! The breakfast was also delicious. The room was very simple, Japanese style and comfortable. The location near the port was fabulous as we also had a view of the bay. While we came earlier than check in, they let us keep our bags at the hotel while we did some sightseeing, and they moved the luggage directly into the room for us, which was very nice.
− It would be nice if the staff could keep luggage in a secure location rather than in the lobby, I know Japan is very safe but not many people were utilizing this offer so I hope they can secure the luggage in the back in the future!

5.0Friendly staff, a big room, and a nice view of the lake. The public hot spring that was available was nice but indoors.
− The place is well past it's prime and many amenities, like the rooftop hot spring, and even restaurant weren't available to us.
Good to know
Public bath opening hours: 5:30 am - 8:30 am and 3 pm - 12 am.
For the free shuttle from Ryotsu Port (2 pm - 7 pm), please call the hotel upon arrival.
Please note that guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Managed by a private host
