5.0O hotel possui pontos fortes excelentes. A limpeza e a decoração em geral são muito boas, e o conforto do enxoval de cama garantiu uma ótima noite de sono. Destaco também o atendimento na área do restaurante: a funcionária da copa foi extremamente atenciosa e gentil.
− o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar para o padrão 4 estrelas. Havia pouca variedade de opções. Além disso, a qualidade dos alimentos decepcionou, com frutas passadas e ovos mexidos com um aspecto estranho e pouco apetitoso. Pelo nível do hotel, a primeira refeição do dia deveria ser tão impecável quanto o quarto e o atendimento.O chuveiro demorou uma eternidade pra aquecer.

− Hospedamos em 4 pessoas. A quarta cama era pequena. Uma goteira recorrente demandou troca de quarto a meia noite pois era impossível dormir.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
