6.0Well the chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned my eyes. The pool area and spa were dingy and it looked like there was mold on the walls. The sign out front says we love our guests but that falls a bit short. The manager spoke to me like I was dirt because I was trying to save money and booking through trip advisor. I work in Traverse every week so when I have days together I book a hotel. I need to save as much as possible. Hallways were cold. Beds are very hard.

2.0People smoke pot in their cars and all you hear is diesel engines wringing all night long and the staff does nothing to stop it. Plumbing is destroyed and air conditioners don’t work. Don’t stay here
