6.0older style, a bit dated, in a block of tenanted apartments, quite noisy with people coming and going, place was a bit musty and stuffy TV didn't work except for foxtel movies.

10.0The apartment tucks in the city on a quiet street. Easy stroll to Queen Victoria Marlet and the cbd. Parking is included so it is very rare for city accomodation. Property is clean overall. The only thing is aircon is a portable system and it will take a while to cool down the whole place. When I was there one of the tap was dripping hopefully that is fixed now.
