4.0My friend who stayed for 2 weeks, asked me to post for him. On his second night he arrived back with a lady & he was very drunk. She did not give her ID to the desk.Some lady picked him on a motorbike at 2.00am. She came back to the hotel and robbed him off £1200. He admits it was his own fault. Next morning we went to reception and asked to see the cctv. We were fobbed off about some story, the cctv went to an office in BKK. We went to the police & filled in a police report. They sent us to the investigation police in Pattaya. The police came to the hotel only to be told that the cctv was not in working order. My friend was angry but admits he was to blame but expected the cctv to be working to give him a chance to catch the robber. She probably will do it again.

6.0Man hat für ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten nur eine Keycard für das Zimmer. Das hat echt genervt, wenn man sich immer absprechen muss, oder das Personal mit in den 5. Stock kommen muss um die Tür zu öffnen, vorallem geht auch nur mit Keycard der Strom. D.h wenn einer weggeht sitzt man entweder im Dunkeln oder der andere kommt nicht rein. Nach mehrmaligem Bitten wurde uns keine Zweite Schlüsselkarte ausgehändigt, mit der Begründung, der Chef mag das nicht oder es gibt keine Zweite.Daher kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn ma alleone unterwegs ist.
