Nice hotel in a really good location!
6.0I enjoyed the location of the hotel since it is next door to Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. The staff are very welcoming and friendly which we appreciated.
− I didn't feel as if the rooms were clean enough for me, I felt as if it felt dusty in the rooms and maybe air purifiers should be used to clear the air. I also just felt like the rooms didn't seem '5-Star' rated rooms and just felt like it wasn't the quality for how we thought it would be.
My family and I stayed for 3 nights, and it was just fine.

10.0Excellent service and quality. The concierge helped us with organizing a trip outside of Manila, securing a hotel car and driver for a very good price. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety. Despite there being construction work nearby, and the hotel thoughtfully providing earplugs, our room was very silent due to the soundproofing.
