− para um hotel 4 estrelas ficámos desiludidos: fizemos um check-in já de noite e não houve simpatia no atendimento, tivemos de ser nós a perguntar tudo (desde onde fica o quarto, até onde e até quando podemos tomar o pequeno-almoço); o quarto não tinha mini bar, apesar de espaço para ele e ter preçário como se tivesse; quanto ao pequeno almoço, tivemos de ser nós a ir ter com um funcionário para registarem o nosso quarto (não havia ninguém a registar nada na entrada da sala), tinha muita variedade de comida e bebidas, mas os sumos estavam quentes e o pão, croissants, queijo e fiambre estavam com um sabor rançoso (apesar de termos avisado discretamente um funcionário, a informação foi ignorada). Apesar das instalações serem boas e o quarto e cama muita agradáveis, o atendimento e pequeno-almoço não estão adequados a um hotel 4 estrelas
