4.0Lástima de hotel muy bonito pero pesimo servicio, las habiacuones sin agua caliente,los wc los asientos rotos y los cambiaron 2 dias después,el servicio de restaurante lento y la comida o ingredientes lo mandaban a traer de alguna tiendita sin postres con un carta bastante pobre en fin yo no regresare nunca

8.0El personal tiene buena actitud pero les falta mucha capacitación. La comida no es buena. Los camarones los sirven sucios sin limpiar. Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel en general. La alberca está muy sucia . Es un buen lugar para asolearse y descansar

8.0Todo muy bien, solo un detalle pedí factura y es hora de que no me llega. Como servicio hotelero magnifico, pero en la parte administrativa mal.

8.0Es un hotel pet friendly por lo tanto tienes que ir con la idea que los perros van a estar ladrando cuando tratas de dormir y cuidar tus platos de comida para que no te los roben
