4.0Kind of run down and dumpy, not very clean. Place is really tired and needs a lot of attention. Well situated but owners don’t reinvest in the property.

8.0We knew parking would be difficult but staff was less that helpful, directing us to one that was full the whole time we were there. Found a spot on our own. The location was great, but we soon realized that any spot inside the walls would also be great. Some of the furnishings looked liked they’d been found on the street. The dead plant in the bathroom and empty planters on the balcony ( except for butts) could be removed.
