6.0All the booking platforms show a basic room as only having one futon. Our basic room had three futons, three pillows, three sheets and three doonas. This is a basic clean hotel good for one night. The walk from the hotel is solid down hill and then a pretty tough up hill to get back to the station. Elderly wouldn’t manage it. Walk down town has a shorter down hill but is still not easy. Breakfast was predominately Japanese. Very little english. Great english instructions for the air conditioning.

8.0エクスペディアで予約したが食事に関してわかりづらい表記ありついてるものだと思いましたが、お互いが確認不足で今後は自分からチェックイン時にネット予約の際は特に気をつけて確認しようと思いました。 朝食の自分で焼いて食べるお魚はちょうど良いサイズで味もおいしかった。 チェックイン時のスタッフの対応や駐車場予約の電話した際も説明が丁寧で良かったと思います。 また空気清浄機はついていましたが、やっぱり匂いに敏感な為、お部屋の匂いは気になるところありましたが、お風呂も家族それぞれ好きな貸切露天などのお風呂に各自入りそれぞれ満足出来ました。 またチェックアウト後に忘れ物をして電話をしたところすぐに親切丁寧迅速に対応して下さり、チェックアウトの翌日には届き丁寧に壊れないように梱包もしてくださっていたので大変うれしかったです。 建物の古さは否めないですが、スタッフの良さでカバー出来てると思います。 また場所が坂で狭い道の為、わかりにくいところもありましたが、駐車場が先着にはなりますが空いていたので、付近は駐車場がほぼ満車だった為歩いて坂道の移動は多くて大変でしたが、色々と見て回れたので車で行く分には大変ありがたかったです。
