− WIFI did not work and no phone signal in the room. Shower was small and very weak water pressure. Walls and doors were peeling

− Bathroom roof was really low. Skirting board to bath was extremely damaged. Heater in bedroom was hanging off the wall. Booked a stay with my family (son under 1yr) yet the fold out sofa bed (double) was made up? What infant is going to sleep on a sofa bed? Temperature that weekend was extremely hot and there was no air-conditioning or fan provided. Had to strip the duvet down to the sheet and sleep just under that.
