− Doors lock everywhere throughout the building. I was locked out of the building the lobby and couldnt at one point get out of the hotel. We returned the keys and refused to stay the night now out the money to stay elsewhere. Dirty gross scary feeling. Rooms attach but no locks. Just bad
Great location, comfy room, and excellent staff
9.0The room was very clean and comfortable. And when we had trouble getting the cable to work, the lovely woman on the desk that evening came to our room immediately and sorted the TV out for us. The location was also perfect for our weekend needs. When we got home, I realized that I'd left a special "hair-protector" pillowcase behind in the room. I called to ask about it, and was told - by the same lovely woman! - that it had just been laundered and would be held at the desk for me the next time in was in the area. Superb service!
− The only thing I can think of was to provide a bath mat/towel. But we used an extra hand towel for that purpose, and it worked just fine. Otherwise, the property supplied everything we needed.
