− На болконе кондиционер и было очень жарко Завтрык заказывали в номер каждый раз что то забывали особеннозабывали молоко для кофе в последний день вообще не принесли

− Turned up with my husband and teenage daughter and it looked nothing like the photos it resembles a prison. Checked in and took the lift to the third floor then had to carry suitcase up a rickety metal ramp and then up a flight of stairs, got to the room which again nothing like the photos and it was dirty air conditioner not working, I walked into the room went straight onto booking.com made a complaint and booked a different hotel 10 minutes away. Booking.com assured me they would fight my corner in getting a refund but offered me the equivalent to 11 pounds in Thai baht.
