10.0Cold springs is a great place to spend a week in the winter. The staff is very friendly and the resort is clean cozy.

8.0Have stayed here many times. Have never had a problem with anything. Kids love the playground and pool. We love it’s near a lot of outdoor activities and good restaurants.
Incredible place EXCEPT...
8.0This place is incredible EXCEPT... my sister & I had a first floor 2-bedroom unit and the people above us had us awake till midnight, doing laundry and kids running around. The place is immaculate and the kitchen truly is set up for cooking. Comfy beds too. We will stay again but will get a 2nd-floor unit next time. We're used to having a neighbor above and below us at home, but obviously the people that were above us aren't. Other than that, we definitely recommend it.
