8.0ホテル内外にエスカレーター、エレベーター、スロープが無いので、高齢者や怪我人にはツラい。
親切な対応に大満足。
10.0価格が安かったので期待してませんでしたが、ホテルの方の対応が良くて大満足。 軽井沢に旅行の際にはまたコチラに宿泊したいと思います。 下手な高級ホテルより絶対良いです。 オススメです。

6.0階段しかないので足の悪い方は無理ですね、
深夜に食べるものがない
6.0軽井沢は夜遅くなるとコンビニもなく、レストランの閉店も早いため、近隣では軽食もとれない。ルームサービスや土産店や自販機で食事を購入できるようにするなど配慮が欲しい。
