7.0Os apartamentos são confortáveis, tem limpeza diária e a localização é boa. Tem estacionamento privativo. Tem AC o que é fundamental pois faz muito calor nesta zona. Decoração bonita típica do ambiente de praia e de uma ilha Tem um espaço no -1 com sofás e acesso a wc perto da piscina que podemos usar por ex após o check out. mas não me apercebi que este espaço tivesse AC o que em dias de muito calor pode ser menos agradável.
− - não gostei que no check in não me informassem acerca do estacionamento privativo que só me apercebi no dia seguinte. Uma funcionária a quem questionei indicou-me que pedisse a chave na receção. Porque não ma deram dado que informei que tinha carro? Hoje por ex apercebi-me que outros clientes ao fazer check in foi-lhes entregue um cartão a dizer Castavi e a chave do estacionamento… - atenção ao valor do pequeno almoço! Informaram-me que era 18€ por dia e por pessoa. É que era facultativo, podendo querer todos os dias ou não, sem necessidade de reserva. Fomos apenas no último dia e cobraram 22€ por pessoa!! Questionei e foi-me dito: 18€ era preço com desconto para quem quisesse o PA todos os dias…primeiro não faz qualquer sentido e segundo não me informaram!! - o buffet não vale o € É variado sim mas não tem muita qualidade. Para começar pão duro para fazer torradas (baguete) e quando questionei nem pediram desculpa…tinha pão de forma fresco. Tem várias frutas e alguns doces, tem sumos. Ovos mexidos a pedido. Mas definitivamente não vale os 22€ Além disso, funcionários pouco simpáticos…as 11h30 em ponto perguntaram se queria mais alguma coisa, agradeci e informei que ia ver e pagar em algo mas nesse mesmo instante começam a recolher tudo. Não achei simpático. - toalhas de banho muito pequenas - cozinha com poucos utensílios O apartamento não é muito grande mas para uma estadia curta está bem. Piscina de boa dimensão mas muita profundidade. Depois das escadas que lhe dão acesso no máximo tem 1m de comprimento com profundidade 1,40; depois passa logo para 1,60-1,80-2,10m.
