10.0Incredibly friendly staff, incredible location, incredible amenities - I would highly recommend this place. It's not in the busiest part of the Dolomites (about 30 mins out) which we found to be great, but still close to plenty of amazing hikes.
− The only fault in our whole stay was the dinner, we found it to be expensive for the quality that you got and we didn't find the food to be all that good. In saying that, the ambience and the staff are exceptional and you aren't forced to eat there - plenty of places nearby. Hopefully something they can improve as we will definitely be coming back :) There was also a rowdy bunch of people that came on our last night - but that's not the hotels fault.

7.0Lage und Blick der zimmer nach hinten ist sehr schön. Alle Zimmer sind sehr gut renoviert. Zimmer nach Norden liegen direkt an der im Sommer stark befahrenen, verkehrsreichen Passstrasse und sind daher sehr laut. Hierzu erhält der Gast keine Vorabinformation.
− Eingangsbereich, Speisesaal u Bar haben veraltetes Interieur und entsprechen nicht dem 5 Sterne anspruch. Vom Wellnessbereoch waren nur die Familiensauna (45‘) u das Schwimmbad nutzbar, der Rest (Finnische Sauna etc) war wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen. Hierzu gab es kene Vorankündigung, denn dann hätten wir das Hotel bucht gebucht.

8.0Very nicely located ski in/out hotel with the kids’ slopes nearby. Mixed feelings about the atmosphere & rooms: basically nice, but odd use of space (e.g very large bathroom in the room available for one person use, very large sauna in one suite). Food excellent (too much of it at the dinners included in the half board) but restaurant a bit understaffed…and perhaps a bit tired at this stage of the season. Overall very clean. Atmosphere professional but not especially welcoming or friendly.
