Lovely base to explore
10.0Just returned from a family trip staying at The Bungalows. The location worked really well for us a 5 min walk over the bridge to Johns Pass and across the main rd to the beach. The room had 2 bedrooms and plenty of space, the little patio area was very cute. We had unit 7 which was next to the busy main rd but we weren’t disturbed by road noise. The pool area is really nice and the pool was so warm. Some parts of the room are a little tired but it was clean and very comfortable. We explored the area and it made a good base. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The walk to Johns Pass is over a drawbridge so hilly up and down if that’s an issue for you. The beach over the rd is lovely and wide but no beach vendors so you’ll need your own chairs and shade.

10.0We enjoyed our stay here. All the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to John’s Pass for great shopping and dining. The beach is a very short walk across the road. Would stay there again.

10.0I was staying while taking care of an elderly relative and Tropical Storm Debby came calling! The manager Judy checked on me frequently and even offered to go to the store if I needed anything. The electricity flickered a few times but stayed on.
