We had a wonderful family weekend in a hotel that was adequate but pricier than we expected.
6.0Location of breakfast was just fine; breakfast was pricey for almost-cold food. Convenient to nearby places such as restaurants and shopping. Sizable rooms. we were able to play games with 6 or 8 people in one.
− One elevator was not working. Hot water for tea was not offered at the beverage station. The beverage station was not available 24/7 and no hours were posted. (But we had coffee & tea in rooms.) Doors to rooms were very stiff and hard to open. Air conditioning underperformed, some of our rooms were damp. Toiletries had not all been refilled

− Expensive and not worth it. Room reservation was not what I confirmed. Staff didn't help to correct. Very late checkout was confirmed and staff did not honor it. Rudeness prevailed

− Rooms were not cleaning very well and hotel constantly out of bath and pool towels. Breakfast was also on the more expensive side.

− The room was dark. Bedding wasn't comfortable. Bathroom was too small and wasn't cleaned well... could see dirt in the grout.
