6.0The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor. We stayed 4 nights, and on all days, there were many instances where noise from team building activities, people using loud hailers for wake -up calls through the corridors of the rooms, and blaring sirens from the team builders disrupted the peace of other guests. Staff didn't have much knowledge about the surrounding area. We found out that there was a festival going on nearby, but staff knew nothing about it. Management should have provided them with the relevant information - such details would surely interest guests.

6.0大雨の中到着しましたが、まったくケアしてもらえませんでした。同時間にチェックアウトする団体に気を取られていたのでしょか。しかしその後、すれ違うスタッフからも会者すら感じられませんでした。インドネシアはフレンドリーな人が多い中、こんなこと感じたことはあまりありません。
Convenient, large parking space.
10.0We booked 3 rooms (standard). Since need accessibility to our surprise, two (2) rooms were upgraded for free, because we brought mom ( on wheelchair). We felt very thankful. Overall, it was very relaxing because of the surrounding area still green, large space for walking.

8.0I feel good but the toilet not clean and also i dont like the rod so bad and small.
