Not clean, housekeeping doesn't come, no hot water and has ants

− This is my 2nd stay here and last year was so much better. Room wasn't cleaned everyday, never swept, garbage's not emptied, beds not made, no hot water and didn't leave us towels or toilet paper, had to ask for towels several times. I asked the desk (newer person, person from last year was very nice) to change rooms he told they were fully booked, yet had a vacancy sign in the window. The room also had ants. Won't stay here again.
