We had a great stay and would love to return , it was affordable for our family and we left happy

10.0The Pelham House on Earle was fabulous. We loved it! It was worth every penny. I am sure we will come back here again. We were a very short distance from Earle Road beach which was lovely.

7.0− Upon checking in, I asked about a late check out the next day and was told it would be no problem to stay until 3pm. I asked if I needed to fill a form out or something to confirm this. I was told that was not needed and the check in attendant would pass along the information. Around 12pm, we were asked to leave our room because it was never relayed to the cleaning staff or manager. They were kind to let us finish getting ready, but it was a frustrating and stressful way to end our experience. Otherwise, all staff were very kind and the room was very clean.

− At 9:30 in the evening, we had retired and were anticipating quiet rest. Gymnastic running, jumping and stomping started in the room above. Us. We were momentarily speechless assuming parental guidance would quell the noise. It didn’t and went on for 30 more minutes. I called the front desk, they informed me that there was no guests in the room above us. Assuring them that we were positive in our assessments, they replied they would investigate. The noise continued once again and finally subsided. Our stay was very disappointing because our initial reservation was in your sister property. The total absence of other reservation’s prompted a call to us. The solution on your part was to move us to the sister ( waterfront property). We agreed to accept the transfer. The sales pitch was we were receiving an upgraded relocation. This certainly was not our experience. Thank you, Cameron Carr
