8.0Das Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches, die Zimmerausstattung inkl. der Matratzen, empfanden wir als hervorragend.
− Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau. Vielleicht könnten "kleinere" helle und dunkle Brötchen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

10.0vom Einchecken bis Auschecken war ich positiv angetan vom Aufenthalt, ein sehr schönes Hotel!
− Ausschilderung Sauna/Pool/Spa (jammern auf hohem Niveau); aber: einfach mal mit einem fremden Dritte durchgehen und "suchen" lassen, dann ergibt sich der Eindruck den ich hatte

8.0The location, the restaurant food, the staff were all exceptionally good.
− The room was not climate controlled. The halls were very nice and cool and the room was unbearably hot. The front desk staff was able to very quickly offer us a fan when we asked, but the room was still very hot until the night cooled off.

10.0Das Frühstück war sehr gut, obst, wurst, alles dabei besonders gut waren die Omeletts und Spiegeleier frisch gemacht das einziges was ich nicht gut fand war der Honig ich mag lieber den flüssigen Hönig
− Das das Schwimmbad montags erst um 10.00 Uhr aufgemacht. Wollten vor dem Frühstück am letzten Tag noch etwas schwimmen, laut Kärtchen von 7.00 bis 23.00 uhr, Das wäre wohl besser kommuniziert worden
