That was truly amazing! We had a wonderful week at this hotel and were delighted by the many highlights and little touches. First, the basics: to our surprise, we were given a room upgrade, which meant we were able to stay in the tower room with an additional sitting area right under the roof – the room’s décor and the view were simply breathtaking! Apart from that, we can also praise the service throughout the hotel and would like to thank all the staff, from room service to the housekeeping staff to the receptionists, the waiters in the restaurant and the ladies at the spa, everyone was always friendly and very attentive. Of course, another major highlight was the spacious wellness area. I’d never before experienced such a beautiful, well-maintained and clean facility - perfect!!! And the four-hour time slot each day also had its advantages, as the lovely pools, saunas and sunbathing areas were never overcrowded, so you could always find a spot and relax in peace (calm). Now, a few more details that made our holiday special: the daily room cleaning service always left us with two macarons, which really sweetened our day (thank you! :)) What’s more, the choice of music and the volume in the dining areas were always just right and pleasant, and the gardening work around the building was always carried out discreetly and without much noise. Of course we also experienced some nice dinners and food in the TREE Bistro and liked it very much. Of course the prices are a little higher, but its okay for the food and the beauftigul surrounding. These were important details that rounded off our lovely holiday! We’d love to come back :) P.S.: There was just one thing we found a bit unfair -> at breakfast, it seems someone had managed to book the table outside with the best view for every single day. That shouldn’t be allowed, or it should be subject to a time slot, so that every guest has the chance to enjoy the view at least once in the morning.

Fabulous restaurant but hotel no more special than any other!

The restaurant was the best thing about this hotel with some excellent elegant meals.. The spa was a bit pretentious… only allowed a maximum of four hours poolside ( outside pool which was a infinity pond, very busy and therefore not possible to swim in! )..

− Being given a small dressing gown which must be worn without fail! when i’m an xxl size and having to traipse down to reception in something that was inappropriate…No gym facilities..
