A estadia foi maravilhosa, o café é excelente, os atendentes muito gentis e educados.
8.0O café da manhã é ótimo, a equipe de funcionários é excelente, porém, achei o apartamento pequeno. Esperava mais do apartamento. Também tive problema com o transfer de Porto Alegre até Gramado, uma vez que, inobstante tenha feito reserva por intermédio do hotel, na chegada na capital do RS, os nosso nomes não constava nos arquivos da empresa de turismo, o que demorou quase uma hora pra ser solucionado.
− O tamanho do apartamento não era compatível ao que estava na descrição. Também não gostei do problema que nos ocorreu por conta do transfer do aeroporto até o hotel, conforme relatado acima. Da mesma forma não gostei do assédio de corretores tentando vender parcelas de apartamentos que não queremos adquirir.

9.0O hotel é muito bem localizado, o restaurante possui bons pratos com bons preços, a equipe de atendimento é cortês, a arrumação do quarto é muito boa. Bom café da manhã. Ótimas instalações.
− Aluguei um carro e utilizei o estacionamento do hotel. A diária era de R$ 40,00, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de R$ 45,00 no último dia. Questionei a atendente que informou que o preço foi reajustado nesse último dia, sem qualquer aviso prévio. Tendo em vista que era o último dia, julguei não valer a pena reclamar. Há apenas um elevador, muito lento, para atender todos os sete andares do hotel. Foi a primeira vez que reservo um hotel com cancelamento gratuito pelo Booking em que houve cobrança das diárias já de imediato. Embora tenham me avisado que os valores das parcelas cobradas no meu cartão de crédito seriam devolvidos em caso de cancelamento, sempre a cobrança ocorre quando vence o prazo para o cancelamento gratuito.
