10.0Коллектив, обслуживание - отлично, бассейн доступен, всегда тёплый :) можно посидеть в зоне отдыха, ресторан для вас работает, завтраки в качестве шведского стола . Единственное замечание- еду можео разнообразить. В целом , остались довольны

10.0Отель понравился. Пляж далековат. Надо ездить на автобусе до городского пляжа три остановки. И в период нашего отдыха вода в бассейне была холодновата, но за два дня до от'езда бассейн починили и стала теплая. В номере было чисто. Очень сильная слышимость в отеле.

8.0wir hatten ein gutes zimmer, mit balkon u. meeresblick. der service der receptionistinnen war gut und sprachprobleme wurden mit dem google translator ausgeraeumt. auch die bedienung im restaurant war befriedigend,

8.0Общее впечатление положительное, но в ванной и комнате есть ползающие насекомые. Мало приятного.
Качество, сервис и уют
10.0Останавливались с мужем на трое суток. Реальность превзошла ожидания. Как-обычно, думаешь, фотографии могут приукрашать действительность, но нет, оказалось фотографии отеля не передают всей чудесной атмосферы отеля. Везде очень чисто, хороший ремонт, добротная мебель. Всё качественно и без пафоса. Персонал гостиницы тоже порадовал своим радушием. В общем, мы чувствовали себя дорогими гостями. Единственное, дорога до отеля кому-то может показаться неудобной из-за холмистой местности, но в этом тоже можно найти определённую изюминку ландшафта Сочи)
