8.0Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche aéroport, sur la mer, avec le bali collection à côté très sympa. Les piscines sont magnifiques. Il y a un petit marché dans l’hôtel et beaucoup de services. Personnel très serviable. Repas au restaurant du lobby très bon, même si service un peu lent. Lit très confortable!
− Propreté des petites piscines (pour enfant) à revoir et il y avait des cheveux dans notre douche à notre arrivée.

8.0Location and beach was wonderful. Employees were very helpful. Rooms were great, perfect end to our stay in Bali.
− Bar food around pool wasn’t great, often a bit cold. Frustrating that no milkshakes available all week. Ridiculous they kept saying they didn’t have ice cream to make them.

9.0Onze 2 kamer villa was echt fantastisch!! Wat een luxe en ontzettend fijn verblijf. Met een prive zwembad, de butler gaf ons zelfs een luchtbed je voor in het zwembadm Daarbij in zat dagelijks afternoon tea, en cocktails. Heel fijn, daardoor ook niet hoeven lunchen. Zoveel keuze! En goed eten. Wat ook fijn was, omdat we villa gasten waren kon je gebruik maken van het rustige restaurant.Dat was wel heel fijn, het andere restaurant oogde voor ons heel druk. Daar 1x gegeten. De ligging aan zee is prachtig en op loopafstand van de bali collection, daar zijn we een paar keer naar toe geweest. En ook daar gegeten 2x Onze dochter was jarig, en via de butler hadden we een taartje bij het ontbijt geregeld. Er werd volop gezongen door het personeel. Echt super!!

10.0The hotel is perfect 👌🏻 excellent service given from every single staff member. Especially dharma at reception and Rama. They went out their way to make our stay and engagement perfect. The butler service is great. The little details that they did really made a big difference. I had the most magical fairytale engagement planned by my boyfriend and the staff made everything perfectly! Most romantic and memorable stay! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thw facilities are beautiful. So close to Bali Collection. Delicious 5 course meal was prepared after the engagement.
